CxT Group uses the Architected Rapid Application Development (ARAD) life cycle model for our projects. The fundamental process model is depicted in the figure below. ARAD is a middle ground between Rapid Application Development (RAD) that is primarily used for small, short-lived projects and an architected approach, used for large, heavily designed, and systematic development. ARAD provides pre-built architectural and design patterns and frameworks to ensure development consistency.
